At America First Gear™, we ship every order with care, grit, and precision. Our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible while keeping our policies clear, fair, and transparent.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
America First Gear™ is independently operated and patriot-powered. Orders are packed and fulfilled with care as we continue to grow. We appreciate your patience and support as we build this mission the right way.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We proudly offer:
Free Shipping on Orders $125+ (Lower 48 States Only)
For orders under $125, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
Standard Shipping Rates

Rates start at $7.95, depending on order weight and shipping zone.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are Not included in free shipping promotions.
- 0–2 lbs: $12.95 flat rate
- Over 2 lbs: $19.95 flat rate
International Shipping
International shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and carrier.
Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)
- Lower 48 States: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–9 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and carrier)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or national events
- High order volume periods
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are largely controlled by the carrier.
Carriers & Tracking
- We use USPS and UPS via Pirate Ship to access competitive shipping rates.
- Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once a shipping label is created.
- Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

America First Gear™ is committed to offering high-quality, American-made products whenever possible.
While we actively seek U.S.-grown materials and domestic suppliers, some components may currently be sourced or assembled through trusted U.S.-based partners.
We are working toward our long-term goal of expanding American manufacturing wherever possible and will continue to be transparent every step of the way.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact
support@americafirstgearusa.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will review each case and assist where possible.
Please note:
- America First Gear™ is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for theft, misplacement, or third-party delivery errors.
- Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) for stolen or missing packages.
International Shipping Disclaimer
International orders ship at the customer’s expense.
Customs processing times, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
